1st Stop Property Solutions has been trading since 2009 with the goal of providing quality property management solutions to commercial and public sector customers. After seeing customers getting overcharged and taken advantage of regularly by their current maintenance providers, we decided 1st Stop Property Solutions could provide a better solution to customers’ requirements, with a focus on quality, integrity and fair pricing.

We have worked closely with an ever-growing client base, particularly in the sheltered accommodation and assisted living sector. We also work with a range of other public sector clients from shopping malls to hotels.

Early on we learned to invest in our key people and ensure full training is provided along with regular toolbox talks. Our aim is to keep morale high and provide an excellent working environment which we believe in turn helps us achieve a productive operational team. This then reflects in the services we provide to our customers.
